The OREEP team has been busy putting lessons and other educational materials online to assist teachers in their efforts to continue to help students learn about renewable energy and sustainability.
Renewable energy lessons and other educational materials are under the "Curriculum" and "Resources" links on the main menu at the top of the pages on the OREEP website.
In addition to the renewable energy lessons, you will find K-3rd grade readers on Solar Energy and Wind Energy. These are available in color or in black and white for students to use as coloring pages.
The OREEP curriculum and activity guide (we call it the OREEP Notebook) is available for download on the OREEP website, look for it under "Resources".
Also, we are making kits of supplies needed to perform the renewable energy lessons available to teachers. If you would like to check out one or more kits of supplies then fill out the OREEP Kit request form listed under the "Resources" link in the menu and we will work with you to get the kit(s) delivered. At this time, the OREEP Kit check out is limited to educators in Oklahoma.
