Join us Saturday November 5 for our OREEP teacher workshop at the Great Plains Technology Center located at 4500 SW Lee Blvd in Lawton. We will spend the day learning about renewable energy and the OREEP curriculum. You will also learn about pollinator gardens with a Project-Based Learning curriculum designed so that each student creates their own, unique garden and provides multiple resources for additional STEAM activities. Each participant will be given a $50 stipend and an amazing renewable energy kit that includes wind turbines and solar cells plus supplies for growing pollinator plants. Lunch will be provided. This is a very hands-on workshop so come prepared to learn to use the OREEP kit!
